This project involved full construction of new car parks and extension/improvements of existing (5No. total), including alterations of existing services and installation of all new required services (incl. drainage, electricity and telecommunication services, public lighting, and traffic barriers), hard & soft landscaping and pedestrian pavements. 

In particular it involved the efficient and safe management of pedestrian and vehicular traffic (including Accident & Emergency) in a heavily occupied institution in a phased manner, whilst efficiently progressing the work.
