This project comprised bulk earthworks, ground remodelling and drainage works over an 11 hectare site to form a flood relief system from the adjacent Tolka River, thus leaving the bulk of the lands available for future development.  The work also involved site strip under archaeological supervsion as well as alterations to/diversions of existing services and culverting of tributaries of the main river.
