Site development on 60 acre site for the IDA. The work included full road construction, paths & pavings; surface water (1050mm dia) and foul sewer drainage, 600 mm dia water main, ducted services, public lighting, terraced stone walling, fencing, crash barriers, hard and soft landscaping.
