This project involved the demolition of an existing attached building and construction of a 3,000 sq ft office over two floors on a restricted site near Naas town centre. The new building was founded on concrete pad foundations and ground beams, had an in situ concrete frame, precast floors and a plastered blockwork envelope. Services included a high-spec air conditioning and heating system with fresh air intakes at all work stations.
