Link road from Balbutcher Lane to Cranogue Road as well as infrastructure work for housing. The work involved surfacing the new carriageway & overlaying existing roads, granite kerbing, paving to parking bays/footpaths; insitu concrete retaining wall incl. underpinning of the existing boundary wall and adjacent properties, main drainage (foul and SW up to 5m deep) and water mains in new & existing carriageways; service diversions (drainage, gas main, water main and ducted services), road markings and signage.  Landscaping.  Infrastructure works to housing units incorporating vibrated piles, foundations, blockwork & floors.  Boundary treatments included walling, metal fencing & railings and timber fencing/permanent hoarding.  The project site was between existing residential areas & involved considerable interfacing with the public.  Liaison with Local Authority, Gardai, resident's group and Utility Providers for traffic management, accomodation works and diversion of services.
